dancing &amp;&amp;amp; reading &amp;&amp;amp; movies &amp;&amp;amp; ice skating &amp;&amp;amp; volunteering &amp;&amp;amp; crafting &amp;&amp;amp; etc&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;purpose . . &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;okay, this takes a real introduction.  this journal is going to be my personal documentation of my weight loss ventures.  i'll answer a few common weight loss questions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;. . how long have you wanted to lose weight?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;as long as i can remember.  basically since i was eleven and i realized i weighed a little more than my friends.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;. . how did you get to be heavy?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;mainly my family.  my entire family is fat.  my mom is probably about 200 pounds at five foot seven, and my sister is only five foot four but already weighs 220.  my mom is curvy -- my sister is just &lt;em&gt;massive.&lt;/em&gt;
